¡Bienvenidos! Our names are Jennifer and Victor, We are both from  Mexico and after falling in love with the Pacific Northwest 10 years ago, we settled here on Lopez Island, WA :) We started doing small catering jobs here and there for our friends on Lopez, and after much encouragement from this wonderful community we started a Mexican food stand at the Lopez farmers market in 2016. From there we opened up a food truck! we are having a blast creating new recipes and serving our friendly customers! Our food is authentic Mexican dishes, inspired by both of our beautiful hometowns Zacatecas, Zac. & Jamay, Jalisco plus the unique taste of the Pacific Northwest and the San Juan Islands. 
When we’re not running the food truck we love to explore this beautiful area, either through hiking, long runs, or road trips. We love crime shows, paddle boarding, and watching the sunset at the beach.
